This pod cast helps me so much (I was just recently diagnosed with ADHD and autism) this very much helps me understand how my brain works. :)
I like to use fidgets when I’m working on something. But if I’m able to, I would go outside to make a fairy house or something using nature. That’s because I looooooooove nature. In the next episode, I heard about the awfulizer and the awesomizer. Now I ‘m going to just run to Target to get the book about the awfulizer and the awesomeizer!
My daughter and I like to listen together at bedtime. The way you deliver information and teach strategies is absolutely perfect and so helpful. It’s relatable, informative, educational and kind. I was diagnosed in grade 4 and so was my daughter.
