    I thoroughly enjoyed the information provided in this particular podcast. So incredibly useful for women and I am post menopausal so I found it particularly helpful. One criticism I have for this guest is it's really not necessary that with almost every single question you say "that's a great question". I love podcasts but I have noticed that there is a tendency of guests to say "to your point" or "that's a great question" or to begin a sentence with a long and drawn out "yeaaahhhh". Please.
