  • Healthy Truth

I began studying functional medicine early on 2025 after suffering repeated unexplained soft tissue injuries. Stumbling upon Dr Cole’s podcast has been a game changer for me. I discovered Dr. Cole’s podcast as a health coach and an autoimmune patient walking through my own journey. Love the Q&A’s as well as all of the great info provided each episode. For those of us trying to be the CEO of our own health, this podcast is a great resource - thanks!!

  • Love this podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast since you started! I love it and learn constantly from you all and your amazing knowledge. I am a physical therapist and I can apply this knowledge to help my people heal! But also I have an autoimmune disorder myself, so I wouldn’t be off all the immunosuppressants had it not been for a great consult with the one and only Dr Cole! So thank you for existing and sharing your knowledge. ❤️
