Yes, but they do not pray to God; Buddhist prayer takes different forms, such as loving-kindness meditation, which involves wishing for happiness and safety.
Mindfulness and Not-Self
Q: So is using the word transitory? I mean, like trying to identify anything, right?
Everything is impermanent; it's in constant flow and change rather than existing as stable things.

The journey is about maintaining mindfulness one day at a time and recognizing that recovery doesn't have a perfect endpoint but involves continual practice and understanding.

Q: What are your thoughts on navigating cultural appropriation in Buddhism?
Cultural adaptation of teachings can be beneficial, and it ultimately comes down to one's intention and attitude towards these practices.

The reaction to what's happening can create conflict, and if we learn to accept our current state, it can lead to tranquility.
