「障害者雇用 「質」向上へガイドライン “障雇ビジネス”向け 厚労省研究会報告書案」 もにす認定の対象拡大も 厚生労働省は、今後の障害者雇用促進制度の在り方に関する研究会報告書案をまとめた。障害者雇用の「質」を高める観点から、自社で障害者雇用を行うことが難しい企業へ障害者の働く場を提供する「障害者雇用ビジネス」を対象としたガイドラインの策定を検討するとした。利用企業に対し、就労場所など利用状況の報告を求めることも盛り込んでいる。
「国家公務員宿泊費 27都道府県で上限引上げ 実勢価格踏まえ改定 財務省・省令案」 東京と京都は２万円超に 財務省は出張時に国家公務員へ支給する宿泊費の上限額を改定する内容の改正省令案をまとめた。課長級以下の国内出張では、27都道府県で今年度より1000～5000円の引上げ、16県で据置き、４県で1000～3000円の引下げとした（表）。最も高いのは東京の２万1000円で、京都が２万円、千葉、兵庫、福岡が１万7000円と続く。
「定年延長 65歳まで給与水準維持 役職継続も可能に 百五銀行」 若手にノウハウ継承へ ㈱百五銀行（三重県津市、杉浦雅和取締役頭取）は今年４月から人事制度を改定し、定年年齢を60歳から65歳に引き上げる。併せて55歳での役職定年を廃止し、60歳到達時点で本人と会社が合意すれば、最長65歳までほぼ同じ給与水準で、役職も維持できる仕組みとした。職能資格ごとに設けていた最低滞留年数は撤廃し、若手の早期管理職登用を進める。
「ストレスチェック 報告低調受け危機感 リーフで提出呼掛け 神奈川労働局」 優先的に個別指導展開 神奈川労働局（児屋野文男局長）は、ストレスチェック実施後の報告状況が低調なことに危機感を抱いている。令和６年は、報告のあった事業場が前年比で約400件減少しており、このほど、報告を呼び掛けるリーフレットを作成した。報告がない事業場には優先的に個別指導を展開していく。個別指導では、衛生委員会の審議記録の提出を求めるなど、事業場の衛生管理体制を広く調査する。
