As a person who thought I wanted to take yoga teacher training, I found this podcast talking about teacher training in India and I was hooked! Arundhati shares so many different topics around yoga: stories of the poses, 30 ways to live like a yogi, yoga sutras vs Bhagavad Gita …are a few- answering so many questions and helping me strengthen my practice so now I understand I have so much more to learn! ha ha!
Thank you!
This podcast taught me about the full spectrum of Yoga, not just the postures. The guests are amazing and the host asks great questions.

I am a yoga teacher and student and started listening to your podcast a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It’s a wonderful way to incorporate yoga conversations into my morning drive and I always loved hearing your insights and topics you discuss!
Thank you for this selfless service. I started listening before I taught and now as a teacher I continue to listen and learn. You talk like a friend and make me (the listener) feel like all of this yoga practice is truly a way of life for you and accessible to everyone. Which it is! Sending love from Oregon! Hope to come up and practice in your studio sometime!
Gratefully,
Kelli Bell
