  • If you have unhealed relational trauma…

…you might want to pass on the Roy B relationship shape episode. He’s speaking things that are core truths about relationships but in very direct ways. It would be very easy to interpret what he’s saying as self-blame instead of radical responsibility (which is what I think he’s encouraging). I hope we can all find safety in direct, clear communication. But know where you are in your journey and choose your content with care! In love.

  • Untangle is truly a gem.

Every episode leaves me feeling a little more grounded, inspired, and ironically, untangled. The stories are so uplifting and powerful, and I always walk away with something meaningful to reflect on. Patricia is an absolute light her presence is calm, genuine, and deeply thoughtful. She asks the most insightful questions and creates such a safe space for real, raw conversations.

  • Questionable advertiser

Thumbs down to Strawberry me. They sounded great when you spoke of them recently, yet after I filled out their questions, I began to receive their FB ads. These are not funny, nor in keeping with the type of people your podcast speaks to. Their ads are misogynistic, outdated images of the roaming eye boyfriend being pulled back into line by his girlfriend. This is not the type of business you would want to have any female work with. Sorry. Am disappointed and wrote to them.
