  • Great Podcast for All Runners

I began listening to LIS boys as my running journey moved into my first eyes on a marathon that will be next weekend. Great show and tailored to those grinding out the run life while managing 9-5s, families, work etc. shout out to the boys for making this a great experience for me.

  • Immature

Immature hosts who say “dude” a lot. The one guy who quit his full-time job to do their business (whatever that is) full-time makes sure to slide that in any chance he can get. They are “coaches” now and this is how they’re making their money, which is pretty sad cause they’re too immature to be coaches and are clearly just doing it to take people’s money and work the least amount possible. It’s embarrassing how ‘influencers’ can take advantage of their listeners. Just grow up.

  • THE running podcast

Absolutely love the podcast boys! The energy y’all bring to each episode has the same effect as you do in the running community. It’s what made me so excited about running when I began, and what tipped me over the edge to start working with y’all as coaches. Wish you all the best in your marathon builds! Love you, mean it❤️‍🔥⚡️
