    Loved the caffeine episode. I found the specifics from the Dr. very useful. The protein episode was just OK for me. I could have done without the personal trainer’s name and workout style. I would rather have access to the information on amino acids. The responses to inquiries for those who Don t eat animal products were met with recommendations to eat dairy, eggs and fish and the salad recipe for tuna with almonds 🤮. I liked the info on calculating weight to needed protein. This could have bee... more
