I’ve been away from podcasts for a few years, but Douglas Wolk’s All the Marvels audiobook, led me to Voice of Latveria, which brought me here. I never thought I could love comics more, let alone learn something new from them. And guess what? I can, and I do.

  • My Nostalgia Go To Fix

Found this podcast a little more than a year ago. Scrolled back to summer 1973 which was when I started reading Marvel Comics. I was a DC kid but when we moved overseas, the base commissary only had Marvel. I quickly became a fan.

Each episode takes me back to that time where I was 10 up to 13 or 14 with the most recent episodes.

I powered through 1973-75 2-3 episodes a week. Now that I’ve caught up to the current episodes, one episode a week seems a leisurely pace. Love the off-week content... more

  • Two guys and a rotating cast of guests review Marvel, well, by the month. They're smart, insightful and funny on their own, but their guests are just as much fun, with many of them drawn from the comics community in the host's native Portland. Highly recommended.
