  • Great but sound quality lacking

I love the podcast content but I have trouble listening to this show as the voices are really soft compared to other podcasts that I listen to and I need to turn the audio volume up to level 20 (generally am at level 8-12 for other podcasts and music from Tidal/Spotify). Then when I turn up the volume, sometimes the hosts laugh at something that’s been said and the volume amplifies and I’m momentarily deaf. Sara Jane, can you look into this? Otherwise, all great!
