  • Love This

I spent 30 years working around LEOs so I’m a bit biased but this is a great podcast which sheds light on the difficulty in obtaining witnesses to come forward and how cases are built. It’s not at all what you see on TV or the movies. Michael Connelly’s narrative really adds that backstory that is so important. I always appreciated when detectives would come down and update the staff on cases of interest and active. I’m so happy I found this podcast.

  • Excellent Sam Little Story

I enjoyed this podcast very much. I did find it easier to identify the different people and circumstances better by having read Jillian Lauren’s book first.

  • Mind blowing - this is exceptional

Not sure why I’m late to this - but this is an incredible podcast. Amazing to have a journalist turned very successful author put a podcast together, along with his contacts he’s worked with in law enforcement for decades.
