Es hilft nicht zurück zu schauen und zu harften- jetzt habe ich ja zum Glück die andere Hälfte vor mir das einstellen der Medikamente ist hard aber es lohnt sich… elvanse war bei mir ich war im hyper hypermodus das war krass mir hat es nicht für Aufmerksamkeit Struktur Ruhe verhindert. Erst jetzt mit Ritalin fängt meine selbstwirksamkeit an
