半年前，我在臉書分享軍事專家 Michael Hunzeker 的文章。他直言：「台灣在戰備上，最大的問題是文化。」這句話引發許多迴響說，他講中了台灣國防最關鍵的問題。
Michael Hunzeker 擔任過美國海軍陸戰隊軍官，也曾協助訓練台灣部隊，現在是美國喬治梅森大學副教授。他兼具學術與實務經驗，長期研究台灣的軍事處境。
