  • Episode 209 green flags - must listen

I just listened to episode 209 and it is so timely for me personally. I’ve been struggling with a fragile nervous system in a new relationship and I realize a few of these green flags are showing up as red flags. I felt I was “keeping score” on the dating part but I realize I’m not. The burden of every date shouldn’t fall on me. The communication should be consistent. And I should feel relaxed and at ease, and I feel the opposite. Thank you for this amazing episode and these amazing relationship... more

  • Finally!

Finally! A relationship podcast that focuses on positives. I am so sick of relationship teachers on social and in podcasts that focus on all the terrible things about attachment style. We’re just people - with real feelings, real past traumas and real habits. It’s so nice to feel like I’m normal and my partner is normal - and things can work! Thank you Stephanie! ❤️
