Karen has instilled so much confidence in me as i have been filling my mind with these podcasts every day preparing for my 2nd unmedicated birth! The first time around I didn’t believe it could be pain free but now I am fully believing and my faith in this area has sky rocketed hearing all these incredible testimonies. Glory be to God!
Thank you Jesus that I found Karen via social media! I was praying for biblical insight on childbirth and pregnancy as I knew there was Gods best out there. I wanted His vision and design for us women and I gained revelation of that from Karen’s podcast. I am due with our first in April 26’ and am SO excited and filled with hopeful expectations for my labor and delivery.
This podcast will bless you!
This podcast is an amazing resource if you want to show up as the man, husband, father that your family deserves and expects. We usually focus on the fun part of making babies, but guys, there’s a very difficult part that requires your attention and competence as well. Be ready for it.
I found Pain Free Birth prior to getting married and it lit me up. I forced myself to wait until I was pregnant to take Karen’s course. I have had 2 pain free home births that I accredit to God and PFB.
I wish episode 77 was required for all Christian women (and skeptics) to hear. Karen does a wonderful job breaking down scripture to encourage and empower women in God’s mercy for us.
Having watched every episode in 2025 now, and starting on the prior years, plus being in your doula mastermind I must say this is the most impactful podcast I’ve ever binged.
Truly was blown away by today’s episode on “What the Bible says about birth.”
Thank you for investing your time and heart into this journey of advocacy and truth for mothers!!!
