我们会谈到贫困与心理健康的关系、关于「稳定之后的痛苦」背后的心理机制、30 岁创伤大爆发的原因，以及对人到中年想转行的冲动的一些理解——尤其是对于离开体制内、更稳定的工作时，这个纠结的背后的冲突的思考。
