It’s hard to follow the fast high pitch chatter and i lost interest quickly :/
These bite-sized boosts are my go-to to help lift my spirit and move into inspired action. Always a joy listening to Hina’s wisdom.
This podcast is everything. Each episode is filled with little nuggets that inspire and get me excited about what’s possible. I love hearing all of Hina’s personal and client stories that put the messages into context. I usually listen while driving (and do my gratitude practice out loud) and find myself nodding, smiling and just getting more excited about life!
I love how Hina uses real life stories to illustrate how we let ourselves tell stories subconsciously, which are often times doing more damage than good to our mindset. I like the questions she asks to contemplate. I like the music in the background by Freq. podcast too. Thank you for the short and sweet episodes.
Hina’s messages are thought provoking and powerful. If you want to change your mindset, and impact your potential, let this woman into you life! The podcast is short, leaves you wanting more, but I’ve come to realize, it’s short because it’s what you need to get started. Her actionable tips, like writing your mantras, are impactful change in my routine!
