From Q&A episodes (of which I would like to see more) to interviews with both athletes and clinicians, this podcast encourages fueling for the long run and provides hope that there is health after conditions like REDs, eating disorders, and hypothalamic amenorrhea. Keep up the good work, Team!

I wish this podcast had existed 20-25 years ago when I was experiencing RED-S. The hosts and guests genuinely care, providing wonderful and necessary information about proper fueling for running/training and overall health. I have found every episode to be interesting and informative. Thank you!
I love your lineup of guests. Every episode makes me want to shout that “yes” these are messages women need to hear. We need to drown out diet culture noise and replace with VITALITY.
