  • As good as it gets

Nilay is a welcoming and engaging host to some of the most important and/or interesting decision makers in business and government. Illuminating the internal structures and external pressures these corporations and institutions are facing, he‘s asking tough questions that go to the core of a variety of societal concerns. Journalism that deserves the name. Entertaining and revealing.

  • Mediocre and Overrun with Ads

I really wanted to like The Decoder Podcast from Patel, but it’s honestly hard to get through. The topics feel painfully mediocre — like filler content stretched into full episodes — and there’s little real insight or originality. To make things worse, there are two ad breaks in under 30 minutes, which completely kills the flow. Feels more like a half-hearted side project than something worth subscribing to.
