    One of my favorite podcasts (and I listen to many). Lisa and Julie are inspirations and their guests are great! I have learned a lot of tips from their shared experiences. I am inspired to try to qualify for Boston (although I don’t have plans to actually race Boston). Thanks for an amazing show!

    I don’t typically listen to podcasts, but I avidly follow Julie and Lisa’s podcast. They’re both amazing coaches and runners, and it shows in every episode—the guidance is spot-on, practical, and genuinely helpful.

    Each episode has great ideas, smart training tips, and clear explanations that make them easy to understand. It’s also a great way to stay up to date on what’s happening in the running world. Their conversations feel natural and engaging. Highly recommend.
