  • Great show!

Love the show! James is knowledgeable and gives a lot of great information on running, training, and racing. Lauren and Rocky bring a lot to the conversation with their experiences as well. The banter between them is so fun. I enjoy listening while I’m out running and find myself smiling and laughing along with them.
