I enjoy the humor and support and tips
I love this podcast and love listening to an episode as I go to sleep, but then super loud abrupt music at the end startles time and I can’t sleep afterwards
I have been listing for a long time. I wasn't too sad to see Jess exit - she seemed to mostly ramble about random irrelevant things and Kate is a lot more introspective. There is some good content here but the clicking noise from Kates end drives me crazy and I can’t really listen anymore. I thought maybe someone would figure it out and it would cease… but it’s still in the current episodes.
Update- please check your Audio!!!
Wow! Just finished binge listening to your episodes and feel like l can actually relate. Your podcast is like having a conversation with amazing friends. Thanks for being there during my sobriety journey. Thanks for removing a lot of the labels that used to scare me. And finally, thanks for speaking honestly and openly about mental health and how to build that “toolbox”. You’ve been more helpful than I’m able to express in a review.
Go Kate! We appreciate you keeping on. Yes to hot mess hoedowns. Knowledge is power. Much gratitude!
