医療機関で働いていた私が、起業して社会課題を解決する法人を立ち上げる物語です。なぜ安定している医療機関から地域へ飛び出したのかお話します。
子どもリハビリセンターIlluminationでは、もちろん専門性は重要視しています。でもそれ以上に大切にしているのはカルチャーフィット！チームワークは何よりも大切な要素だと思っています。このチームワークは実は子ども達の発達にも影響します。そんな組織においてまた発達においても大切な話です。
今回は、発達科学や神経科学に基づく子ども達の過ごし方と見守り方を考えます。
お正月はどうしてもダラダラしちゃいがちですが、こんなときどんな見守り方が良いのかエビデンスに基づきご提案させていただきます。
