雞掰的親戚、故意要挑釁的言論
當腦中想要嗆爆對方、揍他們一頓
試圖鬥倒他們的念頭跳出來時
可以試著轉化成一個行動：
「那如果我錯了呢？」
然後問出：
「阿姨你怎麼會這樣想呢？」
「舅舅那你怎麼看呢？」
這樣可能把話語權直接交給對方
他們也可能會開始大放厥詞
但至少給了一個理解的開口
之後如果發現真的無法溝通
我們能做的就是減少與這個人的對談
不需要把脾氣浪費在無意義的爭執上
