  • Soulful and Articulate

I’ve been following Sara’s work for many many years, and I continue to be drawn to her ever evolving teachings. It’s a mirror and shows us where we can grow and how to navigate those transitions. And she continued to amaze me how she articulates things that are beginning to unfold for me but haven’t yet fully recognized… and then I see a podcast that speaks about that very topic. I highly recommend this podcast be one of your ‘go to’ podcasts on your growth journey.

  • Practical + Magical: A Must for Entrepreneurs

Her Self is such a gift. I’ve been binging episodes, and what I love most is how Sara blends the practical with the magical—so needed in the business space. This podcast doesn’t shy away from the emotional rollercoaster of entrepreneurship, but instead meets it with wisdom, heart, and alignment.

As someone who resonates with the idea that as you grow your business, your business grows you, I feel deeply seen and supported listening in. Sara has created a space that feels like both a compass and... more

  • Soulful & serendipitous

I came for the episode on storytelling and stayed for the soul. The interview with Cyndi Zaweski sparked something in me – I started journaling the next day to mine those “micro memories” – but it was Sara’s own Life Update episode that absolutely floored me. Her story felt like a masterclass in embodied storytelling. The thread of her 12-year-old self wove through the episode with so much grounded presence, I was hanging on every word. I’ve been studying story more intentionally lately, and thi... more

  • So empowering and made me feel that I am not alone on this journey ❤️

I had read Sara’s book - the book of She many years ago and recently I picked it up to read it again. I have also been struggling for years and I want to go through the book again to review my heroine’s journey. Then I looked up to Sara’s podcast and listened to her personal story about going through bankruptcy which made me so moved. I love how she could disclose her vulnerability so honestly and also be so empowered to share the story with self-assurance. She also reminded women not to define ... more
