待過國高中職學校的過來者，聽聞及自己遇過國中出現慣老闆的機率很高，其中又以東部及西部非都會區極高。
舉凡大小事都要管，事假會詢問隱私，然後利用行政當打手，最後八年過後學校搖搖欲墜，30班+3特殊班減班到3+3（特殊班）
此外，有學校老師被用校事會議辦理，只好辦理退休後一個月左右就離世，用考績會威脅不能討論學校事情，說要用危害校譽來辦。
辦理教師甄試失誤，推鍋給輔導主任，最後沒證據，悻悻然收手。
八年後拍拍屁股離開了，學校就衰敗了
應該要有不適任校長評比與制度。
