  • Engaging conversations about mental health

Very interesting conversations between practicing psychologists, with helpful tips for mental health sprinkled in, including exercises for increasing mindfulness and life satisfaction. There is a good rapport between the two principals, and they and their guests are intelligent, interesting, and well-spoken practitioners. I found Episode 2 about trauma and addiction particularly interesting and pertinent.
