I’ve loved catching up on the 3 years worth of podcasts and want to take this opportunity to express my utter delight with the frequent squawking, screeching, cackling, and giggling that fill my ear holes each episode. I tend to listen to the podcasts talking about media I’m already familiar with, whether I loved it or hated it, and appreciate the amount of thought and effort that the hosts and their guests put into their conversations.
I’ll start off by saying that if this podcast puts out an episode on a show/movie I’m interested in, I almost always listen to it and I usually enjoy it. The hosts are engaging and pleasant and the guests they have are usually so as well.
But that’s kind of related to why I’d say the show is OK, but not great. It’s usually a pleasant discussion of a work of media, and by pleasant I don’t mean that they never say anything critical of that media, because they do. But I feel like in many episodes ... more
I love this podcast. I appreciate the perspectives and the giggling!! My only issue with it is I can only listen to it when I have consumed the media they are discussing, so I don’t listen as much as I would like. But this is good motivation to seek out the media they are discussing! Found a few things this way. Thanks!

This podcast reminds me of what it is like to talk to your friends about media you love, hate, or love to hate. Nicole and Marines are funny, passionate, and brutally honest about their feelings on all things media.
