I'm so glad that I learned about this podcast from Vanessa's postcast Nocturne. I heard an episode with Joel's "Tree People" story. His descriptions depict that neighborhood so vividly and accurately from what little I remember of Harlem and Washington Hts at night. I wish there were more episodes here, but I'm grateful for whatever Joel has time to create. 5 to the nth infinity stars!
