Ian is raw and so relateable in each episode which leaves me wanting more. From someone who had an awful anxiety ridden experience at a past digital agency, this podcast gives me hope and faith that I am not the only one in the world hating seniority. Can't wait for season 2!!
Amazing podcast on what to do with your life!
There are an abundance of podcasts that are all theory, overly generalized and focused on the first few steps of starting a business. What about those who have taken steps and gained momentum, only to find themselves wondering "now what?"
Ian's podcast has a wealth of insight for anyone who's reached a point in their career where they've done well, but know they could do better. All humans make mistakes and hopefully you learn from them. What's better, is to learn from other peoples mistakes an... more
This is a great little podcast. Ian does an excellent job picking g relevant topics to many in the small business world. He has had very knowledgable guests thus far, and really captures the theme of each episode he has made. I look forward to hearing more of this podcast and I highly recommend it!
See review title.
"Step 3" is super relatable. Ian talks about topics that anyone can appreciate. Even though we aren't in the same field, I still go through the same struggles that Step 3 brings to light.
One fateful morning Ian woke up, donned his glasses, peered insightfully out of his frost covered window and gazed in wonder at a world lacking counsel and direction. It struck him that this world was so helpless; so wrecked with confusion. From every direction and at all times conflicting communications compounded complicated concerns and none were capable of navigating the challenges of this life. He looked out and pondered for a long time what might be done for he is a generous and thoughtful... more
It's a new show but it's clear that Ian is speaking from experience and putting himself out there the way that he sees it. The personal touch is refreshing is a sea of stuff that sounds the same.
Step 3 is a real podcast about business and life. Ian doesn't pretend to know all the answers to life and all it's mysteries. He speaks from the gut. I recommend it to anyone who is sick of business podcasts by people who are faking it to seem like they're an expert.
