  • Pretti’s cell video as evidence

So, Pretti was recording it all with his phone. So, his phone should have captured a lot, even audio after he was shot dead. Who has custody of his phone, isn’t it the most important evidence of the event? Sort of a body cam of the victim, even after he’s dead. How do we know that the recordings were not destroyed or deepfaked after the shooting?

They sound like they’re jumping through a lot of twisty hoops on subjects like transgender rights to justify their priors on very progressive topics. I’m far from MAGA, but this group just sounds crazy on a lot of topics.

  • Ha, if ever we needed more evidence

OF COURSE you’re all Constitutional Law profs. I could have guessed it from your complete inability to interpret the law! Congrats on illustrating why the smart money is steering away from academia now. No better way to ensure your kids come out dumber than they went in. Good luck with the activism ladies. It’s embarrassing, but if you were actually marketable in your field, I suppose you wouldn’t be podcasting. Crooked Media seems a little too on the nose even for hacks like you, but self-sele... more

S7: Boy Math, Boy Law, Man Problems
Q: Can you talk about the parallels between early anti-suffrage rhetoric and modern anti-feminist movements?
There are clear similarities in their arguments, which claim that women have already achieved equality and that further efforts are unnecessary and dangerous.
S7: Will SCOTUS Say No to Trump’s Tariffs?
Q: Why do you think some justices' skepticism is related to recent election results?
The skepticism may stem from the realization that the public is not in favor of the current administration's actions, as evidenced by the blue wave in recent elections that rejected Trumpism.
