    I love:

CL's banter with her journalists--great mutual respect

    The diversity of subject matter

    Editorial sanity across the board

    But:

Too much ad bulk! Run a display ad as the album cover for the episode instead of weighing down this still-new show with tons of ads!! Build the audience!

Cynthia's solo delivery needs more energy (or a fired-up co-host). Sorry but sometimes it sounds like she's reading the lunch menu at a retirement home!

  • Always interesting guests and topics, but …

The guests and topics discussed are always interesting. But, gosh, eight and a half minutes of ads (except a quick intro) before the episode really even starts ? Admittedly, there have been instances I’ve lost interest and moved on rather than slog through.

  • necessary

so much expertise (e.g. ep 214: Shirley quick-deadpan quotes a couple Jay-Z lyrics… this gives me life)

so little fluff that normally fuels this kind of content.

This is THE way to appreciate the folks behind the famous.
