I have recently been listening to the Advent 2024 episodes of Emma’s podcast (time shifting is the wonder of podcasts). They are soothing, supportive and tranquil, a wonderful antidote to both social media bustle and the jarring discord of the wider world. I feel these casts are a work of love and I’d recommend them to anybody.
The best feeling you could ever hope to have from listening to a podcast: that is what I consistently feel after listening to Emma Newman. Whether you like authenticity, creativity, fandom, technology, compassion or all of the above, this one is for you.
I’ve really enjoyed both the first two episodes of this podcast, the second even more than the first. Emma talks naturally about gentle inspiration and her working life. Definitely to be recommended if current events are getting you down.
It’s lovely to have Emma back. Note this is NOT like her previous “… & Jeopardy” show - just Emma talking about interesting things she has noticed, places she’s visited, insights on writing and audiobook recording. I’m looking forward to the next episodes.
A great break from the trials of real life. Nice recommendations and interesting information.
