Great host, quality show with lots of practical applications, you don’t have to be Bear Grylls to enjoy this.
This is a very professional show, Ross is a natural at podcasting, his easy manner is very relatable. I am a terrible fly fisherman and this has inspired me to hit the rivers and Lakes. This is also a great podcast for anyone that hikes in remote areas.
I’ve enjoyed the podcast quite a bit. The host is very authentic as well as knowledgeable. What drove me to leave a positive review was his stance on being an engaged citizen in protecting our lands from governmental overreach. Anyone who uses their platform to promote positive change and engagement should be supported.
Really loving this podcast. I know much of the content is backcountry, as it should be… But the information you get from this podcast can be used anywhere. Even at a river or stream 50 yards away from the truck. This guy gives information that is applicable to all fly fisherman. In a world where it’s hard to find good, simple fly fishing podcasts, this guy nails it. Give him a chance, you won’t be disappointed!
There is no b.s., just information to help you become a better angler.
