I’ve been listening to this podcast since I was introduced to Sophie and Melanie’s books about 10 years ago.
I pre-order every book they write, fly to their live shows when I’m not traveling for work, and am a Patreon subscriber. They are the best treat I give myself through the laughter and product suggestions they give each week. I absolutely love it- thanks y’all!
I LOVE this podcast and have tried repeatedly to get tickets to the live shows. 😩 I’ll keep trying- but I never miss an episode and love hearing all the stories and advice. Their books are wonderful and I just truly enjoy this each week! 5 favorites is something I truly look forward to seeing what they’re into! Love y’all!

It gives me discussion points to talk about with my teenager. And then all the other stuff is just fun. Someone said they are “wealthy white women” and I find that laughable. Yes, Melanie probably leans more conservative and Sophie more moderate, but this rarely, if ever, is conveyed on their podcast.
The two women share a robust friendship. They delight in one another. Be aware-These are wealthy, white, Christian women-content is a lot of “stuff” they buy and reflections on possessions. Melanie is a MAGA, Trump supporter and her comments and her social media posts reflects that.
I have listened to this podcast for the levity of the conversations. I have read and enjoyed books by both authors.
I appreciate that this podcast had provided a break from politically charged commentary. Today’s episode changed that opinion for me. The discussion about the outspoken opposition to the change in Cracker Barrel was, in my opinion, a conversation better suited to a personal conversation between friends. I have never been to a CB so it isn’t my battle. Have you considered that... more
