My name is Dr. David Madow and I am the founder of Microdose U. Magic mushrooms have literally turned my entire life around. It was not that long ago when I was hanging on the sofa in my house wondering if I was going to make it. Almost every day was filled with fatigue, anxiety, depression, and practically zero motivation to plan or do anything. I cannot begin to explain how horrible this feeling... more

Microdosing does not have the sufficient research as higher doses do. In the literature, psilocybin needs to be in the 20-50 mg range to make deep changes in neuroplasticity. This probably translates to somewhere in the range of 3-5 grams of dried fruit (depends on strength of strain). It’s not ... more

    Thank you Nakama.

Your Hawaii broadcast made me think a lot…I’m going to listen to this broadcast again and give it a lot of thought.

It really touched home for me.

Thank you, Dave. I look forward to... more
