I have spent the majority of my days of the last twenty five years in a courtroom with a judge, lawyers and a court reporter. Despite that fact, listening to this podcast opened my eyes to things I had no idea court reporters were actively deciding and worrying about on a daily basis. I think any attorney that relies on court reporters to make their records, in court or during depositions would be wise to take a listen.
