Love the way Matt explains everything to an extreme level of detail in a way that is understandable even for someone new in their BJJ journey.
I look forward to this podcast every week (I listen when I get my lifts in)! Only complaint is you don't let your cat love you 😂 Congrats on 100 episodes.
Not gimmicky, long episodes, lots of good stuff. Doesn’t just talk about pop culture stuff either, but legit BJJ strategy and how to improve your game.
Great pod.
I only know Matt by reputation; a lot of the guys at my gym cross-train with him, and he has a strong standing in the BJJ scene in the Lower Mainland of BC. I started listening to hear from a local guy, but I recommend this show regardless of geography. I love that he both covers targeted swaths of the game as well as various ancillary topics. It’s a healthy mix, and his mind for all of it is great. Well thought through, but also personable.
