Flourishing introverts has helped me come in to my own and unapologetically show up as my whole self, after a life time of feeling less than and editing myself to fit in and be seen in professional and personal spaces.
I’ve absolutely loved diving into the Flourishing Introvert podcast and particularly love Joanna’s style of rattling cages to shake out the extraversion bias in business and at the same time, really championing the introvert. This conversation is so needed, and Joanna and her amazing guests are really contributing immensely to this (what I call!) crusade around introversion.
Really enjoy these wise words from Joanna.
Joanna’s podcast is very thought provoking and inspiring at the same time, as she shares the challenges introverts face and most importantly how we can overcome them, our way. Whether you are introvert or extrovert, this is a must listen to understand ho two create a more balanced workplace.
