As an Australian yoga teacher, I really appreciate Jo and Rane’s podcast because it feels so real and relevant. It’s inspirational to hear other Australiasian teachers interviewed as the yoga landscape in Australia is slightly different even to other Western countries. I also really appreciate their sharing and consideration around important and challenging topics such as inclusivity, reciprocity and cultural appropriation.
This is a beautiful podcast about yoga and beyond. I am grateful to have been interviewed twice on this podcast… first about my book SCIENCE OF YOGA and recently about my new book, Meditation for the Real World. Jo and Rane are the real deal! I highly recommend this podcast!

Jo and Rane keep the yoga community going despite COVID. Their warm and engaging style is lovely to listen to and they have great guests. I'mhonored to be included and I hope other listeners use this as a resource in their own practice.
It’s awesome to see there’s a whole world of Flow Artists. As an inaugural FLOW ARTIST in my state and possibly country I’m appreciative of the honor! I haven’t listened too any podcasts yet but I look forward to the adventure of listening to them.
So many inspiring guests and important discussions about yoga and the health and wellness industries, it’s a resource. Thanks Jo and Rane, keep up the amazing work!
