The hosts are either not very knowledgeable or are deliberately misleading their audience in service of their own narrow interests.
Their past predictions have not materialized. Why trust their current recommendations?

I began listening to this podcast in 2021 shortly before we listed our house in Jan 2022. The hosts have knowledgeable insights and offer great advice based on research and past statistics.
I still look forward to each new episode to air because the hosts are fun, very down to earth, and are clearly passionate about what they do.
