I’m new to this podcast. And as I’m in the trade and a chef & restaurant owner I’m finding solace in some of the stories from chefs!
And the way they are being interviewed I like, letting them speak. Glad I found this. Well done guys!
This is a must listen to anyone in the trade, or like me, with an overly developed interest in their lunch. Great gusts, great chat. Highly recommended!
Outrageous, unbelievable and the use of “eeugh” with EVERY single food dish gets grating - great podcast and guests but find some new words
