Good show so far. But too heavy on promoting conventional corporate products that are toxic to our health. Could do a better job with aligning ads with their “happy lab” platform.
This is the best thing I’ve ever found. Because I have been interested in psychology and learning about myself this is really dope
Great
I just finished listening to the episode with Dr. Maya Shankar about how to bounce back from life’s curveballs. Like so many episodes, it offered many great insights and techniques to improve our approach to life. Dr. Santos’ style is perfect because she always directs the conversation to get the maximum benefit for her audience. Thank you, Dr. Santos and Dr. Shankar, for a very informative chat.
I like the content of this podcast - interesting and inspiring. It feels like half the episode is ads though. Definitely have to listen at a time when you’re able to fast forward
