  • Life Changing

You get your diagnosis and that’s it. There’s no support. 35 years of life to unpick, remodel and relearn how to exist. This podcast has been truly life changing in the discussions that are being had. There are some that are not relevant to my lived experience but it’s so fascinating to learn more.

But the moment something truly resonates with you, it’s a real turning point. A wash of calm, a moment of self-forgiveness. PLEASE keep up the good work.
