I think this podcast may have saved my sanity. I’m now in process of fixating and binge listening to the history.
I came to the subject after getting feedback in my son’s behaviour from his school. After reflecting on it I could see that his behaviour and mine have so many parallels. I’m now deep diving into it all so I can help him. Through the process also finding out how I can be a better mum to him.
So thank you Alex and team for this work. It makes such a difference. Vicky
Thank you for making this podcast, as a newly diagnosed over 30+ mother, trying to navigate all the answers I’ve had to questions in my life, your pod has made this much easier. Very grateful for making me now feel alone in the ways I feel!
There are so many podcasts and social media platforms on ADHD that are useless. This podcast stands out. Amazing guests, well researched information and realistic recommendations.
I’m another late-diagnosed ADHD, late-life (66) female, and this podcast has been my go-to to help me navigate the grief, overwhelm and millions of questions I have about my ADHD. It’s also been great to share my insights (and the accompanying episodes) with my husband, friends, family, and my ADHD tribe. Thanks Alex! You’ve been a life-saver.
It’s fantastic that podcasts like this exist to inform us that we really are normal and not alone. Thanks
