The host said it should feel like “we’re all at brunch together screaming” (which is already an incredibly tired concept). The interviews lack focus, the reviews aren’t revelatory, and the chitchat isn’t charming or funny. Kevin’s distinct voice and great taste is smart, sharp and always fun. He spotlights the culture everyone is talking about and makes you see new angles every time.
Subjects and thoughtful interviews 5 stars. Sound quality and voice projection, 1 star. Please get a better production for this pod.
