Chip and Modern Elder Academy saved me and put me back on my feet after a tough transition from corporate CEO to retired. Midlife Chrysalis is a bright and clear window into Chip’s wisdom and his sincere love for helping others. This is a must listen podcast as each episode brings another opportunity to be as “curious as you are wise.” Highly recommended.
Thank you Chip Conley! This podcast is so full of wisdom and hope, that it’s making me excited for the life I’m going to create for my 60s, 70s 80s and beyond!
I’ve learned something unique and profound in every single interview so far. If this is what I get from just listening to this podcast I can’t even imagine what taking a workshop at MEA will bring and I have the intention to find out.
Even if you are prone to be cynical —or an enlightened curmudgeon—Chip’s journey from wunderkind hotelier to road mapper of life’s least favorite stage is GOAT inspiring. Give a guy like this a podcast and you have a recipe for binge listening and optimism incarnate. He likes famous people which I hope moderates with time, but everything so far is a total must-listen.
Fantastic podcast, wonderful guests, genuine conversations about midlife and just overall life!
Chip Conley and the MEA team are curating some great conversations with guests that provide both inspirational AND practical insights - a pre combo. Big thumbs up in particular to Episodes 5 and 6 with Seth Godin and Rich Roll (Rich was the first live record with audience). I’m looking forward to seeing how this series evolves over time.
