Illa is awesome. She is a very fun and realistic human, who is informed about nutrition, and makes weight loss accessible to the general public. Her recommendations help support healthy living rather than fad dieting. I love listening to her podcast and regularly send it to friends who need tangible advice on their health journey.
Im a nerd over health and there just isn’t a lot of good legit content out there. Illa has so many episodes and I learn so much new stuff.

I passively follow her on Instagram and decided to listen to her podcast. I love it! Lots of practical, easily explained advice.
