  • Life-changing!

Julia’s method to get through the years of diet culture and conflicting views of “health” have been really eye-opening for me! The “Eat More to eat Less” concept of food habituation and staying in a shallow calorie deficit for easier compliance when you are in a cut makes SO much sense! I love the way she can explain the science in a way that makes sense, and her Macro-counting tips are so helpful!

Wish they had taught these kind of nutrition lessons to us In high school!
